A new luxury medical spa – Skin By Ask – is now open at 29 Church Street in Saratoga Springs. Owner and Licensed Aesthetician, Andrew Stephen Kelly, is an upstate New York native who recently returned to the capital region from New York City, where he provided skincare services for celebrity clients like Naomi Campbell, Alexander Wang, Nick Wooster and Victoria’s Secret Angels. Kelly’s most sought-after services include RF Microneedling, Ionix Ultimate Facials, Hydrafacials, Laser Hair Removal, and Laser Resurfacing. Skin By Ask is also the only provider of Biologique Recherche Paris skincare in the area.
“Skincare can be intimidating because there are so many treatments out there,” explains Kelly, who has been a Licensed Esthetician for 7 years, “but I pride myself on helping educate my clients on what will best to help them achieve their goals, and treatments that produce results.” Kelly is also holds professional certifications for laser technology, microneedling, chemical peels, and will begin offering injectables next year.

I want to make sure my clients know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.”
A true family-owned and operated business, Kelly’s star employee is his mother, Barbara Kelly, who handles product fulfillment for SBA’s growing client base. “I wouldn’t have been able to grow my business where it is now without her,” says Kelly. “I have an e-commerce website and do virtual consultations for clients all over the country, so she handles shipping out all those products around the United States.”

“Opening my business in Saratoga has been something I wanted to do for a while as I felt like Saratoga was missing a results driven skincare practice. There are a lot of spas, but nobody offering the types of services that I do in terms of results. Clients come to see me because they really want to work on something with their skin.
